Chief Executive Officer

• 25 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Audit and Management Accounting

• Served as Head of Internal Audit and Compliance in a NYSE listed dry bulk company and Audit Manager in PwC

• BSc (Hons) Business Administration from the University of Macedonia

• Fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (“ACCA”)

• Postgraduate Leadership Diploma (MIT Sloan Executive Education & Columbia Business School Executive Education)

Korinna Tapaktsoglou

Chief Financial Officer

• Joined the Company in 2014 as VP of Finance and Accounts

• 25 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Audit and Management Accounting

• Served as Head of Internal Audit and Compliance in a NYSE listed dry bulk company and Audit Manager in PwC

• Holds a position as a NonExecutive Director of Tufton Investment Management Holdings Ltd, a as a NonExecutive Director of Oceanic Investment Management as well as holding other directorships including charitable organizations

• BSc (Hons) Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.

• Currently, Global Head of Shipping in DVB Bank. Under his leadership DVB Bank grew to a loan portfolio of $12 billion with 350+ clients.
